We are committed to protecting
your privacy on the Internet. We promise that any personal information you
submit to us directly will NOT be used outside of normal
business operations (e.g. shipping). We will NEVER sell this information to direct
marketers!
Printing Satisfaction Guarantee (Return Policy)
We can replace original orders placed through our Design Online process, if you contact us within 14 days
of receiving your custom order. To have your original order replaced, please
follow the following steps:
Step #1: Contact us by e-mail at
Feedback(at)ArtApart.com with your name, date of purchase, and invoice
number. Customer support works Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Step #2: Our customer support
team will look up your order and confirm with you that you would like us to
replace the apparel. If you decide to have your shirts replaced, we will
will send you a ship to address. Note: The address may vary depending on the
order.
Step #3: Once we have been
contacted and confirmed that we plan to replace the apparel, ship us the
original product along with a written note explaining the problem, your
name, date of purchase, and invoice number. Once we have been contacted,
fully understand you intention to replace, and have received your original
order in the mail, we will replace the order with the same size, color and
apparel type ordered.
Please note, you may need to
provide new artwork if you were not happy with how the image turned out, as
we print from the image you submit. Due to the custom nature of the products
offered, we are unable to offer refunds or reimburse for return shipping. All sales are final. We reserve the right to amend this policy if we feel a
customer is intentionally abusing its good intent.

SPAM
ArtApart.com does not support or send SPAM. Affiliates agree at sign-up to only send
e-mails to opt-in distributions and to include a way to remove people from their
distributions who no longer want to participate in their list. Marketing by other sites
including affiliates is outside of our control. We cannot be responsible for monitoring
other sites and their marketing activities. We have hundreds and hundreds of affiliates.
If you have inadvertently received an e-mail from someone linking to ArtApart.com or one
of its sites, please contact the sender directly to be removed from further distributions.
This e-mail did not come from us. We understand your frustration and appreciate your
patience. We are also being bombarded with SPAM daily and support your activities to stop
it.
Printing Policy - Offensive or Demeaning
This site and related services are intended
for family friendly use. We recognize that the definition of "offensive" and
"demeaning" will vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to not print any apparel
deemed by us to be offensive or demeaning. We appreciate your help and
understanding. This policy is meant to curtail recent abuses in "Design
Online!" service. Designs that do not meet this policy with be removed and/or
cancelled.
Most notably, we will not print the word "F--k", body parts that would normally
be covered by a swim suit, or graphically violent material. Swim suits and symbols like
F@#$ are most often acceptable.
Printing Policy - Intellectual Property
We believe strongly in protecting intellectual property
rights online. Our T-shirt Store and Design Apparel Online service is provided to users as
is to design and sell apparel and other products online. When users of this service signup
and/or upload images they agree to not infringe on trademark, trade name, service mark, or
copyrights owned or claimed by another.
Time to time, users may violate these agreements without our knowledge. However, we work
diligently to prevent such violations. Our customer service department audits designs that
are printed daily and cancels orders deemed to be in violation of these agreements. Also,
we periodically audit the contents of stores for violations and take action to remove
designs that violate such agreements.
If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, please contact us right away
with the URL of the store or violation and we will promptly act to address such
violations. Once again, inventory in a store is still audited before printing to protect
your intellectual property rights. Your rights are very important to us.
Safe Transactions
Your financial safety is very important to us. ArtApart.com contracts with
CardServices, Authorize.net and Comodo to help protect your financial safety in our unique Design Online service
and Screen Printing Service.
