Prices here are based on Standard Sizes (Youth Medium - XL) and Standard Colors (White, Natural, Ash). Additional sizes are available for some products. Prices exclude shipping and handling. Shipping

Historically,  Design Online apparel has been shipped US Priority Mail. However, our new Design Online service offers Parcel Mail (1-2 weeks), Priority Mail (2-3 days), and Express Mail (1-2 days). Remember to allow 48 hours (business days) for printing, and another 24 hours for processing. The U.S. Postal Service will not guarantee the above delivery times, so please allow plenty of time for shipping. FREE Parcel Shipping when you spend more then $75.00.

Note: Be sure to allow additional shipping time during holidays or national emergencies.

Military Addresses

Please enter your billing and shipping information as follows. If your zip code starts with the numbers below:

0 - Please enter the state as New York
9 - Please enter the state as California
3 - Please enter the state as Florida

Fill in the  CMR, Unit Number or PO Box in the address field. Please put your APO AE or whatever is appropriate in the city field. Under country, choose the United States since all military addresses fall under US Postal Rates.

Printing Satisfaction Guarantee (Return Policy)

We can replace original orders placed through our Design Online process, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your custom order. To have your original order replaced, please follow the following steps:

Step #1: Contact us at Feedback(at)ArtApart.com with your name, date of purchase, and invoice number. Customer support works Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Step #2: Our customer support team will look up your order and confirm with you that you would like us to replace the apparel. If you decide to have your shirts replaced, we will will send you a ship to address. Note: The address may vary depending on the order.

Step #3: Once we have been contacted and confirmed that we plan to replace the apparel, ship us the original product along with a written note explaining the problem, your name, date of purchase, and invoice number. Once we have been contacted, fully understand you intention to replace, and have received your original order in the mail, we will replace the order with the same size, color and apparel type ordered.

Please note, you may need to provide new artwork if you were not happy with how the image turned out, as we print from the image you submit. Due to the custom nature of the products offered, we are unable to offer refunds or reimburse for return shipping. All sales are final. We reserve the right to amend this policy if we feel a customer is intentionally abusing its good intent.

Printing Policy - Offensive or Demeaning

This site is intended for family based creative fun. We recognize that the definition of "offensive" and "demeaning" will vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to not print any apparel deemed by us to be offensive or demeaning. We appreciate your help and understanding.  This policy is meant to curtail recent abuses in "Design Online!" service.

Example: We will not print the word "F--k" or body parts that would normally be covered by a swim suit. Swim suits and symbols are most often acceptable.

Note: Copyrighted material can only be printed with the express written consent of the copyright holder.

Uploading Images

We currently accept .gif and .jpg graphic files in our Design Online service. Images are resized automatically to optimize the printing surface available (e.g. Front, Back) with our printing process.  Small or low resolution images (< 100 dpi) can become distorted when they are resized to fit the apparel. Adding text to your design will reduce the size of the image. To avoid distortion or resizing, always upload designs (image and text) with the following maximum dimensions:
 
    Chest/Back Design = 1050 x 790 Pixels (or 790 x 1050 Pixels)
    Pocket Design = 477 x 381 Pixels (or 381 x 477 Pixels)

Design Online Printing Process

Design Online is an online service that enables you to create unique apparel designs from the comfort of your home or office.  Unlike traditional screen printing this unique digital service offers full color and no minimum. There are no set-up charges like traditional screen printing.

Our expert printers use the latest direct to apparel "ColorMagik" technology to give you low volume unique apparel that emulates and/or surpasses screen printing without the set-up costs and color limitations. Images are printed directly on the apparel, giving it a feel like traditional screen printing vs. cheap stiff transfers, but with full color images and no minimum order sizes.
